Hi Sabiberikova. The draft was declined because it cites no sources that are independent of TSARKA. The bulk of any article should be based on independent sources, and only independent sources can show that an entity is notable (suitable for inclusion in Wikipedia). --Worldbruce (talk) 15:03, 20 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Hi there, To clarify, there is only one individual using this username.
