I am not sure if this is the place to ask, but since the article is an AFC submission and this question relates to getting the article into mainspace and passing the AFC review, I guess I will try asking here.
There is a section in this draft - "List of initiatives" and I have the subsequent points in this section in a bulleted list. Is this format ok for such a Wikipedia article, or should I change the header to "Initiatives" and convert to paragraph form? Thank you.

Good morning, I would like to request a re-review of my article. I have added all the possible sources, and I believe that it is not written in promotional tone, hence I think there is no reason for it to be declined now.

Hello - I have added references to the article since its rejection based on lack of reliable, secondary references. Could someone please advise if my references are now adequate? thankyou Bethcarey (talk) 09:20, 31 December 2018 (UTC)

I've been trying to publish an article about UDNG, a Galician Independence Party of which I am the legal agent.
The Draft and (I think) the consecutive rejections can be found here: https://en.wikipedia.orghttps://demo.azizisearch.com/lite/wikipedia/page/Draft:Uniom_por_Umha_Democracia_Nacional_Galega
I think similar issues can be found in lots of Galician Independence Movements that ara already included in the English Wikipedia (there's some problem with free press here):
https://en.wikipedia.orghttps://demo.azizisearch.com/lite/wikipedia/page/Xeira?wprov=sfti1
and even the Galician People's Union - Proletarian Line, related to Galician writer, Xose Lois Mendez Ferrin
UDNG is seriously committed to actual Galician Independence Activism, and would like to figure, as an extra-parliamentarian, but legal force (don't know if all the above accomplish these conditions) in your Encyclopedia.
I think it would work searching for "Uniom por Umha Democracia Nacional Galega" here: https://servicio.mir.es/nfrontal/webpartido_politico.html (and also checking the alleged "parties" mentioned above.Fersanlo58 (talk) 16:08, 1 January 2019 (UTC)
For some of my recent work analyzing the workings of Galician Administration about Law, Environmental Regulations, and Economic Corruption, you may have a look at this link in the Left Wing activist-oriented media group Z Communications: https://zcomm.org/zblogs/udng-statutes-a-series-of-proposals-to-north-american-left-wing-political-movements-or-for-an-option-among-lincoln-county-road-and-armaggedon/Fersanlo58 (talk) 15:59, 31 December 2018 (UTC) Fersanlo58 (talk) 22:04, 31 December 2018 (UTC)Fersanlo58 (talk) 22:07, 31 December 2018 (UTC)

The article I posted on Anand Ranganathan was declined. The person in question appears on various media platforms regularly. He was also invited as a speaker in the World Economic Forum. and has given Ted Talks.
He has also been covered extensively for his tweets. https://www.opindia.com/2018/11/tweets-by-scientist-and-columnist-anand-ranganathan-critical-of-judiciary-blocked-from-being-read-in-india/ https://www.opindia.com/2018/11/tweets-by-scientist-and-columnist-anand-ranganathan-critical-of-judiciary-blocked-from-being-read-in-india/
And his work on Tuberculosis. https://scroll.in/pulse/892562/lab-notes-only-optimal-levels-of-a-cell-division-protein-allows-the-tuberculosis-pathogen-to-grow https://www.thehindu.com/sci-tech/science/indian-researchers-use-a-novel-route-to-kill-tb-bacteria/article18508931.ece
