I need help improving this draft. I was looking at the wikipedia page on writing better articles and I need help following the proper method of writing a proper article. A wikipedia administrator declined my submission and said it reads more like a news story than an authoritative encyclopedia article and I knew there was a problem with the sentence structure of the draft. Can someone please take a look at my draft and edit the information to make it look more like an authoritative encyclopedia article. I would really appreciate it because Rebecca's suicide was notable and her suicide was posted on numerous news websites and I want my draft submission to be accepted. Hi Saheemkhan. Please don't write about yourself. The best way to get an encyclopedia article published about you is to concentrate on your career. Hi ReyesPanamaUSA123. Please clarify what you mean by we/our. Are you an employee of the company? If so, you have a conflict of interest. If you are editing Wikipedia as part of your job (in connection, for example, with the company's marketing and PR efforts) then you are required to disclose that as described on your talk page.

The draft reads like an advert rather than like an encyclopedia article. If the same is true of articles about your sister companies, then those articles need to be improved or, if that is not possible, deleted. People who write promotional copy usually aren't able to correct it. It's as natural to them as it is for an Australian to speak with an Australian accent. With years of practice an Ozzie may be able to master an authentic Canadian accent, and with years of practice you may be able to write in the style and tone of an encyclopedia, but doing so isn't as simple as us telling you to reshape your vowel sounds.
