I created an article, but it was not approved. I made changes and resubmitted, but then got blocked because of my username. I requested a new username, and my request was granted. My article still says it's awaiting re-review, but how can I be sure it really is awaiting re-review? I'm concerned something happened to it when I was blocked for a couple days. What should I do?

Unfortunately Abdi5aziz, you have not provided any reliable published sources to indicate this organisation is notable, so without that it will be declined.
