Hi CVENTEAM7 - The first problem is that your draft has no references. You cannot write stuff that you just happen to know, only previously published information can be included in a Wikipedia article. See Referencing for beginners for guidance. The more serious problem is that it is not at all clear that Autenreith is in fact notable. College professors are "a dime a dozen" so only the exceptional ones really qualify for articles on Wikipedia. See the notability standard for academics to see if she does in fact pass. On a more philosophical level being ordered to write an article puts you in a very difficult position - you have a conflict of interest as you want to follow your instructions that Wikipedia doesn't care about - all Wikipedia cares about is that the article must, by it's content, justify it's own existence - independently of who wrote it or why. Yes, you should provide URLs to reliable sources (note that IMDb is generally not considered reliable), but you should also to also provide titles, website names, and dates. (Read referencing for beginners for more information.)

Hi. I am writing an article about a school that has a special curriculum. It's: Wikipedia talk:Articles for creation/3e International School. I'm confused as to why it was rejected. At present, your draft is worded unduly promotionally (for example the repeated reference to "experts" or "mastery"), and also seems to lack references to independent reliable sources. twice now i have attempted to create original articles, only to have them both rejected. i use google for my research, and only include information. if it is found on numerous sites, and the information is the same on all sites. i then use those same sites as references, showing the source of my information.

Both articles have been about TV shows i watch and collect, with information also coming from the shows themselves. via the credits etc

I have personally seen articles on here about actors, that were lucky to contain 2 sentences in total. while my submissions aren't perfect, the information i have included. i have verified to the best of my ability, using numerous sources.

i'm not even going to try creating another article, what is the point? 2/2 have been rejected i don't hold hope for a 3rd.

but i would like to get at least 1 article to see the light of day, so my time, effort and frustration haven't been for nothing.

My article was recently assessed as "Start-Class" yet contains numerous references to reputable press sources such as the Architectural Digest, CBS, and Traditional Building. Why was this article labeled as "start class" and how do I edit it to heighten its status? Also, when I log out of wikipedia, I am unable to view my article, though it has been accepted. Hi Annnyc, I'm the one who reviewed and accepted EverGreene Architectural Arts. I gave it a Start rating mainly due to the referencing. None of the information about the company itself (Lead and History sections) is referenced. The only sections that do have references (Projects and Awards) rely heavily on the websites of clients - only a few of the references are truly independent reliable sources such as news reports. These sections also consist purely of lists - there is no discussion of the significance of the projects or awards as such. You can get further specialist assistance from WP:WikiProject Architecture, further assessment and reclassification is also the responsibility of relevant WikiProjects, AFC is no longer responsible for this since we have passed it.
