hi, have submitted my article for review. Have received the yellow page at bottom of draft article saying there is a delay. Want to upload image that is important to the article, team logo. When I go to the upload wizard (non free content) it says article has not been created. Does this mean you have to wait until/if article is accepted before you can upload an image? - Hello Superchicken77! Yes, that is correct, non-free images can only be uploaded after an article is created, because technically it would be a violation of copyright to use them on a draft (since a draft is not yet an article). But once the article publishes the wizard will allow you to upload one non-free per article. MatthewVanitas (talk) 13:19, 14 September 2013 (UTC)

I have submited this page a long before and still now it's waiting for review. Could you please suggest me how many more days it will take to make into publish. I am totally excited about it. Please do reply to same.

A new college is in the formation stage, set to open next summer. It's an American college in Osaka, Japan. Can I request or create an article for it? GenesisBrent (talk) 23:09, 14 September 2013 (UTC)
