It is connected to the Scottish Poetry Library but nowhere on that subject's Wikipedia page is the Federation mentioned. How do I link and therefore verify my article. Hello Mikesiris. You had submitted it correctly, but today it was reviewed and rejected for lack of context. The problem is that you had only one reference (and a very scant one at that) and had not clearly explained who this person is and why he is noteworthy. It was so short that it hardly qualified as a biography. I have copy edited the article, expanding it slightly, and added a section with further sources which attest to his notability. You can use those sources to reference and expand your draft into a proper biography. I suggest you work on this article until you get it into a reasonable state before submitting it again. Note that there have been at least two previous attempts to create this article in the main space. Both were also speedily deleted: Engr Patrick EKPOTU and Engr Patrick ekpotu.
