Some of my references which are duplicates cited via the ref name tag are showing as duplicate references in my ref list (i.e. reference 2 & 10, which should be the same). I'm sure it's just a minor error in my coding but I can't see where.

I fixed the problem (you can see my work here). What had happened is that you had put in a name parameter, which isn't recognized by the system. There's nothing you can do to your old account, but don't worry, it won't affect you any. I think you're talking about Wikipedia talk:Articles for creation/Creeper (Minecraft), right? Great game, isn't it? Unfortunately, Wikipedia can't have an article on creepers because there aren't any reliable sources about it.
