I requested undeletion of old revisions of the file. However, administrators refused for copyright concerns. Actually, I recently changed my preference to "400px" for many images. The image looks too small for anyone preferring to see a larger scale of the image. The same could not be said, however, for everyone else being fine with the image as is. The image went alterations before size reduction, an improvement from original version of the image. There's a few things that could be done to make this image 'unsuck'. I'm not sure what's appropriate, but off the top of my head, I can think of

• Remove the 'back of the page' that bleed in when scanning the original
• Make the image straight.
• Remove the gray 'haze'?

Looks like some details were lost in that line at the bottom. The text in the image is also not perfectly horizontal. The final S in SCAVANS is also located a few pixels higher than the initial S.
