Nominator's rationale: Category:Caving incidents is a set category which also includes articles that are about rescues (since rescues are dependent on incidents happening first). Category:Cave rescue is named like a topic category, but currently also contains articles about individual rescues (which are already under the incidents category). Logically, Category:Cave rescue should probably be split into a set subcategory Category:Cave rescues, but this would be small and redundant with the incidents category, so instead I'm suggesting renaming the incidents cat, making it a subcat of Category:Cave rescue, and purging the individual articles from the parent.
