Renaming Australian shadow cabinets categories

I created these categories a couple of weeks ago to house a disorganised group of articles that had been uncategorised until now. I used the "shadow cabinets" language because of Category:Shadow cabinets, but noting that the article titles themselves were completely inconsistent (using either "cabinet" or "ministry") started a talk page discussion at WT:AUSPOL to hash out a consistent approach. Everyone who responded preferred "ministry", the more common Australian usage for the topic. This reflects that the actual ministries the shadow ministries are in opposition to are, and have always been, at "ministry" (see Category:Australian Commonwealth ministries), and using "ministry" for the government and "cabinet" for the opposition seemed a bit silly. Nominator's rationale: This needs to be renamed for two reasons. Firstly, the eponymous category for this subnational division of Cameroon is named Category:Adamawa Region -- and secondly, Nigeria also has a state that is also named Adamawa, which has a parallel category for Category:Populated places in Adamawa State, so just using the name "Adamawa" here is ambiguous. Nominator's rationale: rename per actual content, all parishes in this category are located in the Batu Pahat District which is part of Johore. Another alternative could be just to merge to Category:Batu Pahat District. Note that the word parish is used here in a secular meaning, it has nothing to do with church administration.
