Nominator's rationale: merge per WP:SMALLCAT, most year categories contain only one or two articles. A decade level is more appropriate, like with the Byzantine Empire and the Holy Roman Empire in the Middle Ages. (signed a day later Marcocapelle (talk) 07:11, 14 September 2018 (UTC))[reply]

Nominator's rationale: No clear definition and the article creator has added articles for which it seems completely inappropriate. I'm going to ping another Admin, User:UsGraham87 who has some experience with this editor. At the moment I've left the articles in this category although I don't think they belong.
