Keep Portrayal of men on television is a topic worthy of coverage. At this high level though it feels like the contained articles won't have a great deal directly in common. I would prefer if role or genre was used in child categories, such as male antagonists in television or male characters in television dramas, for example. SFB19:32, 12 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Procedural keep Nominator's argument makes equal sense for male and female characters in television, and getting rid of just one is pointless; delete both by-sex trees for TV characters, or keep both of them, but don't get rid of one and retain the other. Procedural keep. I agree with the nominator's rationale in principle, but it applies equally to the female category as well — so they should be nominated together, not just this in isolation. Bearcat (talk) 14:41, 3 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]
