Someone's April Fools' Day joke; unofficial; nonstandard; no secondary sources. As noted on the talk page, someone also invented a UTF-12, and any number of bits could theoretically be used to encode Unicode characters. Jc86035 (talk) 16:44, 23 April 2018 (UTC)
