Delete. This article falls severely short of the general notability guideline of receiving "significant coverage in reliable sources that are independent of the subject" by a long shot. I can't find a single non-trivial source in Google regarding this topic (here are the results of my search), meaning that we don't even have to establish unreliability of sources here, as there are no sources to establish the unreliability of! A Google Books search throws up nothing, and furthermore, the book reference cited by the article appears to be a print on demand publication (while this is not enough to establish unreliability in itself, the fact that the book doesn't show up in Google Books worries me).
