The speedy deletion notice was removed without comment and there are a number of single-purpose accounts active here. Although a working fetish photographer, this artist does not satisfy notability requirements per WP:GNG and WP:ARTIST. His main claim to notability is participation in the annual CONTACT photography festival in Toronto which is pay-to-play. He also seems to run a "renegade" event during Toronto's annual Nuit Blanche festival which would mean that he wasn't officially part of the festival. Note that the reference for the Nuit Blanche festival actually goes to a promotional item for CONTACT.
