  • The subject is documented on pages 36–38 of ISBN 0470856688 and on pages 49–50 of ISBN 3486258907 (There are probably yet more sources in German by the German name, Moduliertes Merkmal, but I haven't looked.). Much of the article content is verifiable, and not original research. The way to fix the rest is through editing. The subject is documented non-trivially (in one case with diagrams) in at least two reliable and independent published works. The PNC is satisfied. Keep.
