Wikipedia articles are not for lesser known topics. Referenced by other wikipedia articles and single white paper. Feels slightly spammy. RadioFan (talk) 01:06, 14 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]
Delete - The title says it all. The article is a non-notable collection of lesser known estimation techniques, held together with some original research. I'm sure the author had the best of intentions, but unfortunately it does not meet our minimum notability standards.- MrX01:36, 22 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]
