"Keep but move and include" this information here [[1]]. The articles seems to have structural problems, not problems with content. This article provides relative information regarding a very popular gadget "GPS". Needles to say the GPS system is very technical and the article reflects this but no more then many articles regarding technology throughout Wikipedia. I believe Wikipedia is geared to a broad audience including the technically minded. Why move it? Because it is redundant to have two basic articles concerning GPS. The content can be moved and included requiring little work by its author(s)/editors(s). • Comment. A How-To describes how something is to be used step by step, not how something works, which is crucial information for the GPS system. A more reasonable rationale would be that the article does not succeed in providing background information in a more accessible, non-technical way but merely duplicates some content and omits other important information from the main article. (In fact, it should be the other way around: the main article should provide an accessible overview, and then the numerous and very interesting technical and mathematical aspects of the GPS should be described in a more in-deep, separate article.) Suggest merging content of the GPS frequencies section into the main article and scrap the rest.
  • Delete article. I extended the GPS frequencies section a bit, essentially based on what is there in GPS signals already. Nageh (talk) 13:22, 8 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]
