If the topic is kept it should be split into two separate articles Dissolution test apparatus calibration and Ultraviolet spectrophotometer calibration. However at this point the content is entirely a how-to and not appropriate for Wikipedia, so perhaps it should be transwikied to Wikversity or deleted.
