Hi there, Wikipedialuva, and welcome to Women in Red. I see you have already created a couple of women's biographies and hope there will be many more. If you haven't already done so, you might find it useful to look through some of our essays, perhaps starting with our Ten Simple Rules. Please let me know if you run into any difficulties or need assistance. Happy editing!--Ipigott (talk) 06:35, 16 July 2023 (UTC)

Women in Red 8th Anniversary |
In July 2015 around 15.5% of the English Wikipedia's biographies were about women. As of July 2023, 19.61% of the English Wikipedia's biographies are about women. That's a lot of biographies created in the effort to close the gender gap. Happy 8th Anniversary! Join us for some virtual cake and add comments or memories and please keep on editing to close the gap! |

Hi! I believe you just undid, then deleted your undo of my edit, adding a citation needed tag to a section of the article about the ROC Air Forces.
On the page here; https://en.wikipedia.orghttps://demo.azizisearch.com/lite/wikipedia/page/Soviet_Volunteer_Group the same claim exists; "The Soviet squadrons were withdrawn after the non-aggression pact between the Soviet Union and Germany in 1939."
Note that unlike in the first article we encountered each other, the link refers to the Soviet-Japanese neutrality pact, while the article test refers to the pact that's probably more well known among English speakers. I suspect that at some point, these articles were written in a way that reflected this, and maybe they even had references to back up this claim, as it would make sense. But I don't really know if I should be changing that without a reference. What do you think? 122.150.92.52 (talk) 10:46, 22 July 2023 (UTC)
