My current status is always stored at User:Twistedmath/Status which is how the activity status bar is interpreted. I do this using {{UserStatus}} with the StatusChanger.js and {{UserStatusShort}} add-ons.

At the top the User:Twistedmath and all of its sub pages, there is a menu bar which is stored at User:Twistedmath/Menu. Inspired from StonedChipunk’s menu bar. You can see it below:
