Fixing all-caps titles in CS1 references
Per the CS1 documentation, As with trademarks, Wikipedia does not attempt to emulate any stylistic flourishes used by the cited source's publisher, such as ALL-CAPS
. However, there are still many references with all-caps titles, harming readability. I would like to see a bot that goes through these to change them to title case.
