[edit]Hello editors, here are my notes on this article, I am not all tha familiar with this article or its subject, so if I've made any kind goofy errors, feel free to revert me, I won't be upset, honest! Also, I'll go section by section, so that any reverts should be easier to do.
Lead:
This sentence "Patients experience excruciating burning, stabbing, or electrical, headache mainly ..", I'm not sure what an electrical headache is, perhaps that could be re-worded or explained better?
The ending of the lead says that the average age is 50, but then is immediately followed by "the majority of patients are males above age 50", this seems contradictory. Since I don't have the information needed, I can't correct that, but I'm making a note here for someone to do so.
Symptoms:
added fact tag [citation needed] for the pain levels
removed "throughout the year" from "In chronic SUNCT, attacks can occur regularly or irregularly throughout the year without a distinct refractory period". I don't think the headaches coordinate themselves with our calendar 
(even though I understand they may be seasonal too, the sentence doesn't make it sound that way)
edited "...such as touching the face or scalp, washing, shaving, chewing, eating, brushing teeth, talking, coughing, washing or brushing hair, blowing nose, exercising, and showering, as well as light (including sunlight and fluorescent lights) and injuries."
to

removed "shaving, chewing, eating, brushing teeth, washing or brushing hair, exercising", mainly for brevity, but also for sentence length, this isn't a medical text, we don't need *everything* about it, and many of those are similar in nature, and it doesn't impact the nature of the section, which I think indicates that they can pretty much happen at any time for any reason, but also sometimes from those basic unavoidable stimuli
Diagnosis
- removed the commas in "lower medial supraorbital"
- added "with symptoms of" in front of "conjuctival injection..."
- changed definite to definitive
- cases, changed to case (is that backwards? either way, something has to be fixed there)
- changed some numbers from 3 to "three" etc, as per WP:MOSNUM
- No change made here, but this, "Exact statistical data is not available due to common mis-diagnosis, and setting up diagnostic criteria is important" isn't 100% clear to me, specifically the last half, it's important why? to what? to who? for accurate stats data, or mis-dagnosis issues? or something else? Could use a little tweak from an editor more familiar with this topic I think
Pathophysiology
- added wikilink for FMRI
- added a comma (woowoo!), free game, try and find it? :)
- wikilinked neurotransmitters
- changed "in which secretion is regulated by the hypothalamus" to "secretion of which is regulated by the hypothalamus"
- removed an "only" child :)
- tweaked the prolactin night time sentence a little, didn't flow
- they aren't abolished after surgery, they simply don't exist anymore, replaced with "may disappear" after surgery
- same with the sinusitis sentence
- a couple of minor prose tweaks
- this sentence "It is observed that TACs share some common phenotypes but have different pathophysiology" was hidden inside the <ref> tag, is this supposed to be in the article somewhere?
Treatments
- Almost nothing in this section needed work!
- added a wikilink for titration, I don't think that's a common word
- Final sentence needs work from an editor with more knowledge of thius subject, "Researchers now focus on the administration of various combination of medications and therapies to treat symptoms of SUNCT" When is "now" and is that now still this now? are we *still* doing that, and until when? pin it down a little please

Contradiction between SUNCT and Cluster Headache entries:
I'm not going to attempt to edit here, i'm an observer not an editor, i just want to point out a contradiction between this page and the Wikipedia Cluster Headache entry. Here, on the differential diagnosis between SUNCT and CH it says "However, cluster headaches usually last longer (up to three hours), occur less often (three to five attacks per day), and do not accompany cranial autonomic symptoms." On the Cluster Headache page it says " There are often accompanying autonomic symptoms during the headache such as eye watering, nasal congestion and swelling around the eye, typically confined to the side of the head with the pain." As a Cluster Headache sufferer myself, i can assure that there are indeed autonomic symptoms accompanying the pain and other effects, though i realise this is anecdotal, and not admissable as such. However, i think it might be a good idea if someone could fix this, it looks confusing as it is. 82.69.45.81 (talk) 00:52, 12 April 2017 (UTC)
