SupportYourApp was founded in 2010 as an in-house team in IIG holding that provided customer and technical support in English for its products. Later, this in-house team was spun off and rebranded as Yellow Media Group before eventually evolving into SupportYourApp, specializing in customer support and help desk services for tech companies.[6][7]
In 2012, SupportYourApp acquired its first international clients and opened its first office. In 2013, Dan Engel joined the company as an advisor, and in 2014, the company rebranded to SupportYourApp and Daria Leshchenko was officially appointed as CEO of SupportYourApp.[8]
By 2017, the team had grown to 100 members, and Daria was recognized in KyivPost's Top 30 Under 30 list.[9] In 2018, SupportYourApp earned ISO/IEC 27001 certification in data security and quality management. In April 2019, the company acquired the startup S.H.E. (SHEis.ai), which was developing NLP (Natural Language Processing) systems. The company's developments formed the basis of AI systems integrated into the help desk solutions that the company developed.[12] In the same year, SupportYourApp opened its second office, known as the "art office," which featured paintings and murals by contemporary artists.[13]
In 2021, SupportYourApp integrated AI-driven support into its operations, offering machine learning tools to optimize customer service processes.[14]
In 2022, SupportYourApp was listed in the TOP 50 Inspiring Workplaces in EMEA and became a Globee Golden Winner.[15][16]
In 2023, CEO Daria Leshchenko was included in Inc.'s 200 Female Founders list.[17] Also, she received the Accomplished Leader Award from the Customer Contact Association (CCA).[18]
