COVID-19 visualisation

[edit]

In March 2020, Fusion Animation created a 3D visual of the COVID-19 virus to aid researchers in the development of a treatment. It was used in research papers[2] and news[3] articles around the world.

[edit]

Other notable educational medical animations produced by Fusion Animation include two for Nature Neuroscience journal. The first, produced in 2017, was called Inside Alzheimer's[5] and travels into the brain to look at the main mechanisms of disease and some of the potential treatments. The second video, produced and updated in 2019, is called Understanding Parkinson's Disease.[6] This animation describes what is happening in the brain in Parkinson's and looks at ongoing disease research.
